Peter became ill with liver failure, and had a transplant 15 days later. It was succesfull and he
came home after 9 weeks. Unfortunately, his second liver failed just 4 weeks later, and he passed
away peacyfully on 29th September 2007. He is missed every day, as he was a shining light in many
peoples lives. He was everyones friend.
Death is nothing at all. I have only slipped away into the next room. I am me, and you are you,
whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in
the easy way you used to, put no difference into your tone. Wear no air of solemnity or sorrow,
laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we always enjoyed together. Play, smile, and think of
me, dream of me, let my name be forever the houshold word that it always was. Let it be spoken
without effort, without the ghost of a shaddow in it. Life means all that it ever meant, it is the
same as it always was. There is no absolute broken continuity. What is death but a negligible
accident? Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am waiting for you, for an
interval somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well, nothing is past, nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when
we meet again!!
You were the brightest of stars Peter, and you will always shine in our lives. Greatly missed by all
who had the privilage to have you in our lives. Forever yours...... Mike xxx

hello peter just me coming to see how you are...sorry i havent been to see you but i havent been very well for a few weeks now but as i always tell you angel no matter how long i ever have to go away for i will always be back to see you as you are never to far away from my heart or thoughts you are so very special to me and are an important part ov my life i no your up there shining so bright i hope you are keeping an eye on me you no because iv been abit all over the place lately and thats not good for me as im abit xcentric any way.lol...iv missed talking to you your our star bright angel i will always be here for you god bless you love always georgina xxx
